Infrared Detection.

With infrared camera technology, we can see where we couldn't before, detecting moisture, missing insulation, and electrical hot spots. This additional service is available upon request. Get pricing>
Why are ASHI and FABI Accredidations Important?
In Florida, home inspectors are not regulated. Although we have an occupational license, there are no state or federal regulations requiring specific licensing as is the case for construction contractors or realestate brokers. In the absence of government regulation, organizations such as ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) and FABI (Florida Association of Building Inspectors) require members to pass comprehensive examinations, participate in continuing education, and adhere to a strict code of ethics.
