Home Evaluation

The home inspection is one of the most important steps in purchasing a home and provides you with a better understanding of the condition of your home.  An inspector will come to the home at a time that is agreeable for you, then inspect several aspects of your property:

  • Foundation and Structure
  • Roof  System and Attic
  • Electrical System
  • Plumbing
  • Air Conditioning and Duct Work
  • Grading and Drainage
  • Major Appliances
  • We’ll coordinate a Termite/WDO, mold, or infrared inspection upon request

What sets an All Florida home evaluation apart is the depth of our reporting. When we note a defect in a home, we take it a step further and put the situation into perspective. An issue that sounds like a deal-breaker at first may have an easy resolution. A thorough report can help you recognize a good deal.

The report will be issued to the homeowner/buyer within 48 hours of the inspection.   Although we recommend the homeowner/buyer be present during the inspection process it is not required.

Bank Owned/Short Sale Properties

Properties that have been abandoned by the bank could host a variety of issues from plumbing to mold.  We can make sure that the home you choose won’t bring any unexpected costs after the day of closing.

All Florida has an expertise in old and historic homes

We have particular familiarity with homes in Downtown Orlando, College Park, Winter Park and all throughout Central Florida. An older home may have some faults, but it takes a knowledge of the historical building codes and practices to recognize which challenges are serious and which are superficial.Be confident in your new home. All Florida is also an authority on new construction. Houses are being built at a record pace, which means it’s more important than ever for buyers of new construction to have the builder’s work independently inspected at critical phases to make sure the job is done right. All Florida works for you, not the builder or developer, giving you the confidence that your best interests are being served.

Experienced

The principal home inspectors at All Florida have been helping Central Florida home buyers make informed purchasing decisions for over 15 years. Our inspectors come from a wide range of related industries including construction contractors, architects and engineers, realtors, and real estate investors.

From Fireplaces and Air Conditioning to Infrared Thermography, our inspectors strive to cover the spectrum in certifications by continuously attending educational courses.  And, when not attending courses ourselves, we teach them.  Looking to become an Inspector?  Call All Florida for information on our next Inspector Training. All Florida performs home buyer, home seller, new home construction phase, end of builder’s warranty, and specialty inspections (such as mold, HVAC, roofing, infrared).  We specialize in evaluating older homes.  Our sister company, CBC, handles commercial properties. Well Equipped We use state-of-the-art inspection equipment from infrared radiometers to moisture meters. FABI and ASHI Member We are members in good standing with both the Florida Association of Building Inspectors (FABI) and the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).
